COVID-19 TRAVEL UPDATE
We are pleased to announce that S Loft Manado Hotel has passed 100% the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environment Sustainability Standards) certification by Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The CHSE certification serves as a guarantee that the products and services provided meet hygiene, health, safety and environmental sustainability protocols.
PRIORITY TO YOUR SAFETY
Your safety is our priority during your stay with us and we have adapted and implemented a few measures to ensure this, such as offering cashless payments methods. We have been also been awarded with CHSE certification (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability Standards) by Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE
To guarantee the comfort and safety of all guests we employ robust and frequent cleaning and sanitation procedures for all guest rooms, public areas and touch points around the hotels. Our housekeeping team use approved cleaning solutions and equipment during this process. A hand wash basin has been placed at the entrance of the lobby and please note that housekeeping will not enter your room while you are inside to minimise contact. You will also find hand sanitisers freely available around the hotel.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
We ask our guests to wear masks in designated areas and to comply with social distancing practices of 1m between groups in all hotel areas; this includes the front desk check in counter and dining area. We can only welcome a limited number of external visitors during this time, this is to minimise exposure risks to our guests and so they can enjoy the space they need to relax and unwind.
Each and every one of our staff members’ temperatures is checked before work. We conduct regular and thorough staff training in the updated protocols. Our staff wear face masks at all times, have their temperatures checked regularly and receive training on COVID-19 symptoms.
