Eating Out
The majority ethnicity of the people in Manado are the Minahasa people. What is special with Minahasa cuisine is that almost every dish is spicy. A main staple of the Minahasa people is fish, you can ask to have them freshly grilled over coconut shells in front of you or deep fried and accompanied with each restaurant’s sambal specialty.
